Studiodosi featured on spanish Future Arquitecturas magazine

Our project for 36 The Calls in Leeds (UK) is featured on Future Arquitecturas latest issue (#28/29), a Spanish based architectural magazine with a worldwide (Europe+Americas+China) distribution and countries issues.

We have just released the project for the Solarolo municipal warehouse.

We have just developed this new project of 780 sqm for the municipal warehouse + civil protection forces, in Solarolo, a small town near Ravenna. It is a two storey precast concrete structure with a characterization of the lower strip made by translucent golden polycarbonate.

We will soon develop the final draft phase.

Studiodosi, with 3TI Italia Spa, developed the renovation of a former slaughterhouse building in Cento, Ferrara.

Together with our partner 3TI Italia Spa as head of design, we developed a renovation project for an old complex of buildings in Cento, near Ferrara.

The buildings were known as the local former slaughterhouse and they will be restored and refurbished as a an Arts & Craft Museum and School and other related services, for about 1.600 sqm.

The preliminary design phase has already finished and delivered to Municipality.

We have just acquired a new contract for a municipal warehouse near ravenna

We will develop a new project of some 700 sqm municipal warehouse in Solarolo, near Ravenna. The project will be developed toghther with CREA S.r.l. and Giulia Minghetti as a joung professionist (engineer).

We have already signed the contract and started the first design phase.

...and one in which we placed second: Parma province headquarters!

Yes. After beeing shortlisted among 77 participants, we won the second prize in this competition. We challanged with world leading architects like Kengo Kuma, Cucinella, Bohigas, 5AA+1 and others: some of them gained a mention, some didn't. We think we have done really a good work and we proudly present it in our web pages at last.

Four new competitions we participated in, late 2009

From September to December 2009 Studiodosi participated into four architectural competitions, toghether with some selected professional partners or alone. As usual we participate into competition when we "feel" the subject or we think we can gain some experience on new subjects as a "training" for ourself.

Amadeo, our first low-energy residential building in serbia, was featured as a pioneer example by Mr. Bozidar Delic, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Science and Technological Development during a conference on Sustainable Development Strategy of Serbia and of the Netherlands, helded in Belgrade a few days ago. Amadeo was featured in the presentation by Mr. Bojan Kovacic, Deputy Director of Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency.

Growing bigger: two new architects at Studiodosi

Sara Fabbri and Valentina Guerrini, both architetcts, joined Studiodosi crew this month. They will help us developing all the new projects we are working onto, and take part on the ongoing competitions. They are both clever and very skilled professionists: our works and our clients will surely take advantage of their competences.

Studiodosi with Igeam Srl and Insinga Srl, have been shortlisted for the new Provincia di Parma headquarters second phase competition

We have just been shortlisted (15 out of 77 participants) in a two stages competition, toghether with Igeam Srl and Insinga Srl, two leading engineering company in sustenaibility and structural fields. The two stages competition is about the new headquarter of Provincia di Parma, for some 10.000 sqm of office and public spaces.

We, and the other 14 participants, have been selected among 77 international groups, according to our CVs, skills, past practices and an explanatory report regarding the project. Among the 15 shortlisted there are also some well-known names in architectural world, such as Bohigas, Cucinella, 5AA+1, Kengo Kuma, Caputo Partnership and others. Now it's time to start working on the second phase of the project as deadlines are quite close and the project is very challenging.
