...and one in which we placed second: Parma province headquarters!

Yes. After beeing shortlisted among 77 participants, we won the second prize in this competition. We challanged with world leading architects like Kengo Kuma, Cucinella, Bohigas, 5AA+1 and others: some of them gained a mention, some didn't. We think we have done really a good work and we proudly present it in our web pages at last.

Four new competitions we participated in, late 2009

From September to December 2009 Studiodosi participated into four architectural competitions, toghether with some selected professional partners or alone. As usual we participate into competition when we "feel" the subject or we think we can gain some experience on new subjects as a "training" for ourself.

Amadeo, our first low-energy residential building in serbia, was featured as a pioneer example by Mr. Bozidar Delic, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Science and Technological Development during a conference on Sustainable Development Strategy of Serbia and of the Netherlands, helded in Belgrade a few days ago. Amadeo was featured in the presentation by Mr. Bojan Kovacic, Deputy Director of Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency.

Growing bigger: two new architects at Studiodosi

Sara Fabbri and Valentina Guerrini, both architetcts, joined Studiodosi crew this month. They will help us developing all the new projects we are working onto, and take part on the ongoing competitions. They are both clever and very skilled professionists: our works and our clients will surely take advantage of their competences.

Studiodosi with Igeam Srl and Insinga Srl, have been shortlisted for the new Provincia di Parma headquarters second phase competition

We have just been shortlisted (15 out of 77 participants) in a two stages competition, toghether with Igeam Srl and Insinga Srl, two leading engineering company in sustenaibility and structural fields. The two stages competition is about the new headquarter of Provincia di Parma, for some 10.000 sqm of office and public spaces.

We, and the other 14 participants, have been selected among 77 international groups, according to our CVs, skills, past practices and an explanatory report regarding the project. Among the 15 shortlisted there are also some well-known names in architectural world, such as Bohigas, Cucinella, 5AA+1, Kengo Kuma, Caputo Partnership and others. Now it's time to start working on the second phase of the project as deadlines are quite close and the project is very challenging.

Studiodosi will participate to "Biennale Diffusa di Architettura Contemporanea" in Umbria 2009

We have been invited to participate to the exhibition "Biennale Diffusa di Architettura Contemporanea", which will take place fron 24th to 27th of September in six different towns in Umbria region (we will be in Spello, Perugia). It's an interesting event with a lot of different joung professional architectural practices and firms involved. It will be an interesting basis of comparison in which to show some of our works and participate in the meetings scheduled at Palazzo Comunale di Spello (Pg).

Studiodosi with 3TI Italia Spa will develop new project for Cento (Fe) former train station complex

We have just won an invitation tender toghether with 3TI Italia Spa, for planning new facilities and renovation of the former train station complex in Cento, a town between Bologna and Ferrara. The services will include preliminary design phase and possible further phases such as final and executive design and survey of works.

We were shortlisted, and then selected as winners of these architectural & engineering services, among over 60 other competitors. We are now waiting for signing the contract and ready to start working on it.

Studiodosi, together with Crea Srl, was awarded of a three years contract by Eni Servizi Spa, Eni Group.

We are proud to announce that Studiodosi, in joint venture with Crea srl, was awarded of four three-years contracts by Eni Servizi Spa, part of Eni group, the leading italian energy company.

The awarded contracts concern architectural and civil engineering planning activities for all architectural and civil works to be done by Eni Servizi in its real estate and office sites, both for brownfields or new greenfields premises.

These contracts are valid for three years and will cover most of the areas in which Eni Servizi operates. So CREA + Studiodosi will have control of all civil planning and works in Eni Servizi premises and sites in Italy.

Studiodosi website is just one year old!

Our website is officially on line since one year ago. It was launched on 6th June 2008 and since then it has grown very fast.

As our Google Analytics says, we have been visited by people from 95 different world countries, for much more than 4.700 times and some 28.000 pages viewed. Since April 2009 we have issued also 'studiodosi.com', redirecting traffic to the original 'studiodosi.it' website.

Amadeo II, our second couple of buildings in Serbia is ongoing!

Amadeo II, the Amadeo I twin, first low-energy residential buildings in Serbia, is going to be built in the next months. The quality will match Amadeo I high standards. Sale of apartments has just started nowdays by our client Kuce Beodom in Belgrade, while Amadeo I is almost finished and waiting for opening ceremony.
