Abstract
Projects for a port industrial area, arrival for some mediterrean and intercontinental cruises and commercial terminals. Projects related to an overall organization and detailed, structural plans.

Aerial first lot view
The project has been widened in comparison to the original due to the setup of another adjacent area (ownership: Sapir & Sibelco). The parking areas (private for public use) and the storehouses/facilities have been studied, toghether with a proper road system, in a complete reorganization. Integrations, concerning also a project for two buildings for offices and other facilities, have been made in T&C area.
