First of two couple of twins buildings of eleven apartments with low cost, hi quality, modern design, low energy purpose, attitudes.

It's the new direction of studiodosi towards internationalization: serbia is a developing country where modern way of life needs to match modern design and a bite of poetry. People here need legality, transparency and low cost new buildings. That's why studiodosi and Beodom Kuce successfully met each other in feeding their own complementary needs. The first two building (Amadeo I) come in a bunch of months, with a hard arm-to-arm working activity with Beodom Kuce, in order to fulfill all the requests giving a touch of architectonic design yet to be well accepted by Belgrade people.

"Arm studio", by local architect Radovan Radanovic, partner in this operation, made the necessary work to fulfill local rules and to dialog with public administration in order to submit and succeed in the whole project.

Eleven apartments from 45 to 85 sqm with balconies and underground car parking, three overground floors, in a quiet, green place, easy and quick to reach from the city center. Construction phase is already started on march 2008 and it should be completed by the end of the year, while working on the second premise, Amadeo II, next to the first with similar identity and characteristics.
