Abstract

Modica is a Sicilian town part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. The new Modica Urban Center takes place of the old massive post office (demolished) and is a modern "agorà" dealing with concepts like transparency, opening, catalyzator. It empowers the dialog between public and private with a strong comunicative attitude. Like a shell/screen open to the town and to people.
