The building is composed by four elements/areas: an underground zone in two levels (parking and security area with caveau), a slab level (halls and public/private interation), a tower (offices, direction, server) and external outdoor spaces. The ground level slab is very transparent and consists of some insides functional boxes coated by a gilded surface. The tower consists of eight levels and is coated toward north by a shell with changing colours as well as national flag's colours. The side and the south walls are totally glazed (offices). The slab is slightly undulated and the tower's shell becomes its roof garden. The overseer offices enjoy this way a good view and the roof garden is connected with the relax area/cofee break at the first level. The two elements are connected by glazed skin with very projecting and marked looms that shade exposed surfaces and make global sketch.
